Meet Our Chef
Executive Chef Alex Fernandez is a Los Angeles native and brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to our team. His journey began with inspiration from his mom and grandmother, leading him to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.
Alex honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC, and The Charleston and Cinghiale in Baltimore. His diverse experience spans across eight different colleges, showcasing his versatility and passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Outside the kitchen, Alex enjoys quality time with his two sons, indulging in baseball games, music, movies, and, of course, cooking. His enthusiasm for food and its power to bring people together is truly infectious, and we are excited to have him as part of our community.

These two culinary veterans have worked together for many years, developing a rare blend of camaraderie and professionalism. Their partnership brings out the best in each of them, combining skill, creativity, and teamwork to deliver an exceptional experience for students, families, and the entire Lesley community.

To place an order, contact our catering office between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days before your event. While we make every effort to accommodate last-minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.
